Engineering management of commercial vehicles is something I never had in my mind as a professional career, mainly due to my lack of knowledge of bus technologies. After joining TST, I discovered that my role would be important for the maintenance of electrical tools, monitoring technologies and vehicles data processing.

So far I have been acquiring various skills in different areas such as Central Finance, Planning and Management, Human Recourses, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, Communication and Marketing, Health and Safety, traffic accidents, etc.

The most important part has been the training in the Planning and Finance department because I have had contact with the Company's financial figures, our financial reports, management and annual planning.

I have been learning TST's culture, which will be very important for an easier integration into the company, and acquiring several useful tools for greater versatility and multi-functionality in the future exercise of my functions.

I'm anxious to finally have direct contact with the maintenance department and try to apply all those skills that I have been acquiring. Soon I will give further details about the activities, and projects, where I will work on, in the maintenance department.
