I started my work at TST in 2006 as a trainee, in an operational depot and in the Planning and Management Department, which lasted 6 months. In the Planning and Management Department I prepared monthly data of management control and participated in the Annual Budget. I joined the Arriva Graduate Programme in October 2008, where I've learning a lot about the Quality Management Department, Communication and Marketing, Health Department, Safety and Environment Department, Driver Training, Planning and Management Department, Human Resources, Warehouse Management, Traffic Accident Management and Central Finance. At the moment I am undertaking my bus driving license. After this stage of the programme, I'll go to a maintenance unit and two operational units, and then I'll go to Planning and Management. I am eager to go to the operational units, to practise what I have been learning in the Planning and Management Department, to understand the entire mechanism of work, the daily problems and ways to overcome them and understand better the report "numbers" I see at the end of each month. |
