Our graduate programme is divided into two streams: General Management and Engineering Management, available across our UK Bus, UK Trains and Mainland Europe divisions.
General Management Programme
Our General Management Programme gives you the complete Arriva experience. Starting in either UK Bus, UK Trains or Mainland Europe, you'll spend 18 months exposed to all the challenges of a fast-paced, customer focused business in the transport industry.
Engineering Management Programme
Our Engineering Management Programme exposes you to the technical side of Arriva in either UK Bus, UK Trains or Mainland Europe. After 18 months, you’ll know what it takes to deliver our services – and be well on your way to becoming an Engineering Manager.
