This is the first time we have created a structured Graduate Development Programme across our European businesses. Why? Because the time is right for us. As our operations expand and the Arriva name becomes more recognised, we are keen to develop a new group of graduates who can help us deliver operational excellence for our customers.
Our Programme is divided into two streams: a General Management Programme and a more technically-led Engineering Management Programme. In both cases, the aim is the same: to create a pipeline of managers who understand our operational issues, recognise our business needs and know what it takes to keep us successful.
